In 2012, Americans consumed an average of 765 grams of sugar every 5 days, or 130 pounds each year.

My goal is to help share recipes that only have natural sugar. No added sugar, and definitely no artificial sweeteners. Following these simple recipes has changed the way I will eat forever, I encourage everyone I know to start at least limiting your sugar intake.
